1-Year Guarantee Claims

We guarantee that the Contour Legacy Pillow is free of defects in material and workmanship with normal consumer use within 1 year of the original purchase. If 90 days or fewer have passed since you received the product and you are not completely satisfied, you are eligible for a full refund of your purchase price minus processing, shipping and handling. If more than 90 days have passed since you received the product and the Contour Pillow is damaged or defective due to manufacturing, we offer a 1-year replacement guarantee.



How to Submit a Contour Product Guarantee Claim


For any Contour Legacy Pillow guarantee claim, you can email us directly at customerservice@tristarproductsinc.com or you can contact us at 973-287-5174 to initiate your claim. To start the replacement process, please provide us with the following information. If you email us, please write “Contour Pillow 1 year Guarantee” in the Subject line. Please include the following information:

  • Where you purchased your item
  • Valid proof of purchase (or Tristar order number)
  • Contact Information
  • Pictures of the damage or defect

  • If you purchased this product directly from Tristar Products by ordering over the phone or on our website, please provide us with your order number.

If you purchased the item from an authorized retailer or website, please provide a copy of your receipt for the transaction to validate the purchase date and verify the purchase was made from an authorized retailer. This guarantee does not apply to counterfeit goods, goods purchased as used, or goods purchased from an unauthorized seller.

Provide picture(s) of your product damage


Please provide pictures of the product damage or defect or mail the product to us. Tristar reserves the right to decline a refund or replacement of a product if the damage or defect does not qualify under the guarantee policy.


If your item is Covered Under Guarantee, we will cover the cost to replace the product for you. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your unit returned to Tristar. Tristar is not responsible for returning products that do not qualify under the guarantee policy. If we cannot replace the product, we may refund your purchase price. You will not be eligible for a return, repair, or replacement if the product has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or repair, or unauthorized modification. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, about the product. However, you do have the benefit of this 1-year guarantee.
